Getting Started & What to Expect

Initial Consult

  • We’ll discuss your goals, history, asses where you are at, and any other pertinent info.
  • A time that works for both you and me will be arranged to chat via phone call, skype call, or an in person meeting.
  • You do not have to sign up or pay for anything to have a consult. This is free of charge!
  • Let’s talk about what you want, and how I can help you achieve that!

 

Individualized Programming

  • A program that works for YOU! Every plan is chosen based on the individual’s wants, needs, and goals.
  • We will work together to figure out what works best for you.
