What is an online coach and how does it work?
Over the last few decades, technology has continually pried its way into our daily lives. We simply cannot ignore the fact that technology makes multiple facets of our lives infinitely easier. This applies to our health, fitness, performance, and overall well-being as well! Online fitness tools such as food logs, exercise plans, and many other applications are instantly available at the touch of a button. They are making a healthy and fit life easier to achieve. With that includes the creation of the Online Coach!
An online coach offers an extreme amount of convenience and flexibility with a busy schedule. In today’s on-the-go society, it’s often hard to regularly schedule time with a Personal Trainer at a gym. Not only will you find convenience and flexibility while working with an online coach, it is also extremely affordable compared to a session with an in person Personal Trainer. According to WebMD, the cost of a Personal Trainer averages $50/ one hour session. That means seeing a Personal Trainer 3x a week could cost you $600/ month. You can get online coaching with ISHP for as low as $50/ month!
With online coaching at ISHP, I will work with you to reach your goals and become a better you. My goal, as your coach, is to improve your life by helping you reach your goals. For just a fraction of the cost of an in person Personal Trainer, you will be given a weekly nutrition and/or training and exercise plan based on your wants, needs, and goals. You are able to complete your training and exercise plan in the comfort of your own home, your local gym, or your favorite trail at your local park. No need to worry about my schedule either, because you can complete the training and exercise plan anytime throughout the day!
